Additionally, the Company collects the name, contact number, email address, and identification details from individuals who fill out enquiry forms on our website.

The data collected is used to ensure accurate details are provided during venue hire bookings, thereby preventing fraudulent activities.

4. Data Storage

All collected data is stored securely on our database, which is accessible only by authorized staff members. The data is not stored on any cloud servers.

Collected data is retained for a minimum of two years.
